Inbound Customer Service

Rapidly expanding Jessup Company seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives. Training in this beautiful, new, spacious and airy building beginning shortly. Staring pay rate for these long-term opportunities is $12.00 hr. Paid hours of Training are 8:00 - 4:30. Upon completion of training, you will be assigned a shift. It may start as early as 9:00 AM or as late as 11:30 AM. If you don't get the shift that you'd prefer, you can bid to a different shift as you gain seniority. As a Customer Service Representative you will be assisting healthcare subscribers with their yearly enrollment and answering other health insurance related questions. This opportunity requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. You will be taking inbound calls and occasionally researching information and returning a call. There will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work during peak season. . The ideal candidate will have prior Customer Service experience by phone or in person.
