BOH Job Description
BOWL'D is looking for line and prep cooks, full and part time.
Available schedules:
AM shifts- five days a week
AM shifts- dishwasher- Sat/Sun
PM shifts- five days a week
WHAT WE WILL EXPECT FROM YOU:
Show up on time ready to work
Have solid knife/prep/cooking skills
Work fast (have a sense of urgency)
Send out consistently beautiful food (in under 5 minutes)
Practice good sanitation and food safety (keep it clean!)
Keep the line stocked
Follow recipes
Work well with others
TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST:
Provide legal proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Have work experience in different kitchen positions (prep cook, line cook, saute cook and expediter preferred)
Be able to speak, read and write in English
Be comfortable in a high volume, fast paced kitchen
Have reliable transportation (even in bad weather)
