As a Sr. Brand Manager for Sling Latino you are expected to create marketing strategies to build Sling Latino’s brand recognition. You'll collaborate with our CMO, Creative, Indirect and Acquisition teams as well as other teams in the organization to constantly produce industry leading marketing programs – from concept through launch.

 

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate brand planning and brand creative across all Sling Latino touch points.
  • Provide high-level insights to be used in successful marketing campaigns.
  • Lead New Hispanic centric Promotions Ideas.
  • Evaluate and propose Programming and Packaging recommendations with the objective of improving customer retention and acquisition.
  • Supports the Indirect Acquisition team during the development and implementation of Latino specific marketing initiative with Device partners and retailers.

A successful Sling Latino Sr. Brand Manager will have the following:

  • Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness.
  • An MBA or Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, advertising, marketing or mass communications and a minimum of seven years agency/client experience.
  • Proven track record of success in building brands based on consumer insights. Experience in managing and analyzing brand building campaigns/ product launches.
  • Understanding of creative development and the importance of creativity in marketing communications.
  • Decisive & effective problem-solving ability.
  • Very strong analytical skills; both qualitative & quantitative.
  • Detail orientation, strong organizational skills.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills: advanced ability to present & sell recommendations and to adjust presentations accordingly based on feedback.
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm & foster strategic thinking.
