Responsibilities:
*Provide auto insurance quotes to interested customers from our different lead sources
*Sell auto policies to interested individuals
*Cross-sell and/or refer interested customers to our ancillary products
*Accurately capture underwriting information for each customer
*Present and educate customers on their insurance options (coverage options, product options, discount options, payment options, etc.)
Qualifications:
*College degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not essential
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to learn and adapt to new concepts quickly
*Demonstrate persistency in overcoming obstacles, objections, and stalls
*Exhibit a customer-friendly attitude with a "can do" work ethic
*Results focused with a desire to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals
*Display a motivated and enthusiastic demeanor
*Must be able to obtain a Personal Lines insurance license
*Must be available to work: Monday - Friday 1-10pm with a rotating Saturday OR a permanent Saturday shift with the potential of earlier working hours during the week
