About this job



Experienced maintenance or service technician to work in a call center to assist technicians in the field with trouble shooting. This individual must possess exceptional written/verbal communication skills and have good Customer Service skills. A Technical Diploma or Associates Degree in Electronics, HVAC, Electronics or a related field or equivalent is needed. Must be organized, focused and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage time well. A minimum of 1 year experience working in a technical field.Drug screen and background check are required.
