SCHEDULER-CALL CENTER-CUSTOMER SERVICE PART TIME - Part-time

Home Instead Senior Care is searching for a professional and team-oriented Part Time Scheduler to assist in its goal to provide responsive, reliable, consistent, and quality care to the clients in its territory. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating staffing for CAREGivers and clients to ensure their needs are met with satisfaction and will spend significant amounts of time using a telephone and multitasking with various computer applications and information databases.  Schedulers will also be responsible for developing relationships with each CAREGiver and client to better determine the needs of both for staffing purposes. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating CAREGiver schedules to properly cover all clients’ needs
• Communicating scheduling needs or changes with clients and CAREGivers
• Answering incoming calls and addressing or routing as needed
• Solving client problems and ensuring satisfactory care
• Tracking client and CAREGiver information in our company database

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work
• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
• Strong computer application skills with Microsoft Office experience 

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Business or Healthcare-related programs preferred
• 2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
• CNA or related certification preferred, but not required
