Store Manager

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Store Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Do you have Management Experience? Have you worked in a Retail environment? Are your hands on manager and hate Micro Managing? You are Wanted!!! Manpower Las Cruces is currently looking for a Store Manager to manage not micro manage a local retail Store. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of managing a retail/wholesale store supplying products. Store Manager is to be a working supervisor and to provide guidance and support to personal that have been delegated as his her responsibility, to schedule work and follow up the reviewing the daily operation of the store. The Store Manager must maintain the store in a neat and orderly manner, with appropriate seasonal displays. Manager must provide the customer with the highest quality services, to build community good-will. Essential Functions are: *The Store Manage is granted sufficient authority by Upper Management to accomplish all of the duties and responsibilities that are established for this position. *The follow and support the goals, plans and mission of the company as established by upper management *Train new employees to obtain maximum performance. Guide, and support employees in their daily responsibilities. *Assure that all personnel follow safety policies and procedures. *Assure that all personnel utilize their personal protective equipment in order to maintain a safe and accident free environment.
