Service Technician

Manpower is currently seeking a service technician in Albany, NY. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a growing organization. Working hours are 1st shift M-F; pay is $13.00 per hour. As a service technician you have experience with light mechanical (including piping) & electrical disassembly and assembly, drilling, soldering, wire harness assembly, wiring components, and shop upkeep. Essential functions include: -General plumbing and electrical troubleshooting with voltmeter -Circuit board replacement -Inventory control of local parts Education and experience qualifications: -High School Diploma or GED minimum -Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams -Familiarity and/or repair experience with small engines -Ability to lift 50lbs safely and independently -Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office programs including Outlook) Manpower never charges any fees to candidates for our services and we are pleased to offer a benefits package which includes, once qualified, paid vacation, paid holidays, referral bonuses, and access to our free training and development center with over 5000 courses online.
