Sodexo is seeking to hire a Administrative Assistant to our manager and employee's within the facility.

Advanced skill level with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a particular emphasis on PowerPoint. Must have experience supporting multiple executives, partners, and managers. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments. Treats sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion. Strong attention to detail. Ability to take initiative, self-directed and results-oriented. Work well under pressure; adhere to deadlines. Flexible team player. Ability to work additional hours as needed; sometimes on short notice

Position Summary

Under limited supervision, provides general secretarial and administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Work is generally straightforward and administrative in nature. Requires a working knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Work may occasionally involve handling confidential and sensitive material. Exercises some independent judgment and reasoning within established guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
