Irvington Ky, Company seeks Customer Service Representative

         Full Time, 5-7 Days a week (25-40 hrs.)

         9am 3pm    first part of December   through mid-January

         8am 8pm or later and weekends mid Jan last of Feb.

         Duration: First part of December First part of March (actual start date to be determined).

Requirements:

         1 year of verifiable experience or training in customer service or call center position.  Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

         Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent phone skills.  Must be able to work independently or with others.

         Must have general knowledge of office equipment (fax, copying and postage machines) and able to perform general office duties.

         Reliable transportation, Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

         Must pass a background checks. One personal and two professional verifiable  references.

 

Responsibilities:

         Basic computer skills.

         Customer service via telephone. Reviewing and explaining tax preparer and tax payer accounts.

         General office and occasional administrative duties.

         Customer Service Representatives will be working in conjunction with the technical support team.

         Applicant may be required to spend several days working in the bank warehouse.
