Guest Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Guest Coordinator.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Ideal candidate would be currently attending college or a recent college grad Job Title: Candidate Host Location: Mountain View, CA Hours/Days: Flexibility required. Monday - Friday. Number of work hours per week are based on business demands; no minimum work hours guaranteed. Pay Rate: $17 per hour Overall Summary: The Customer Host is responsible for providing excellent candidate experience. Candidate Hosts will meet and greet candidates that come in for interviews at local company offices. Candidate Hosts will be familiar with the office layout at the location where they will be hosting the candidate. Using strong people skills, the Candidate Host will interact with the candidate and interviewers from various teams, the recruiter or coordinators who will set up each interview and facilities. Ultimately facilitate a smooth, memorable interview experience.
