Warehouse Worker

Dollar General is currently hiring for various position in their warehouse as well as for various shifts. Below are the following departments and responsiblities:

They have 5 different departments that we will be supporting initially. They are listed below:

Case Pack-Candidates will be taking orders on a head set and picking the appropriate cases and throwing them on the conveyor. Candidates will be lifting 40-50 lbs continuously.

Non Con-Candidates will be taking orders on a head set and picking the appropriate order and putting them on a palet. They will be using a walk behind pallet jack to move material to appropriate area. Need to be able to lift 40-50 lbs regularly.

Shipping-Candidates will be taking material that is coming down the conveyor and packing product into appropriate semi trailer. This will be similar to the "Tetris" video game so candidates must be strategic with their packing. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs continuous.

Re Pack-Candidates will be in charge of taking orders on a headset and picking material from appropriate bin and putting them into appropriate bin on the conveyor. Candidates must have high attention to detail and this will be lifting much smaller material weighing no more than a couple pounds.

Cycling-Candidates will be in charge of taking cardboard boxes and breaking them down and throwing them into the bailer. They will also be in charge of taking racks and organizing them.
