Billing Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Our client company located in Chantilly, VA is seeking to hire a Billing Customer Service Represenative to join their team.

REQUIRMENTS:

-Knowledge and experience with ICD9/ICD10

-Insurance verification through online web portal's

-Recent billing/coding experience

Job Functions include:
* Answering patient calls regarding their bills whether it be to pay their bill or inquire about their balance or update the insurance information on the patient's account.
*Entering in data entry demographic information in order to bill insurance carriers.
*Answer telephones and respond to patients' questions regarding invoices.
*Contacts appropriate representative to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
*Enters and edits client adjustments to invoices.
*Enters and edits patient insurance information.
