Warehouse Associate - Shipping Department

I am still seeking motivated, hardworking individuals for full time employment within a reputable manufacturing company in Delphi, Indiana.

Requirements:
-Must be able to lift 100 pounds by yourself!
-Need to be able and willing to work in a fast paced, heavy lifting, and cold environmental .
-Willing to work a lot of hours.
-Works well as a team player.
-Has great attendance.
-Previous warehouse experience is desired but not needed.

They will be working in a cold environment ranging from 5 degrees to 35 degrees, depending on which area they are working in. The dock area is about 35 degrees while the stacking and conveyor area is near 5 degrees. They will split their shift, working about 4 hours in each area, so they are not continuously lifting the heavy product and staying the the coldest area all shift. One area is located on the 2nd floor and fall protection is required.

1st Shift $12.00

2nd Shift $12.50

Average 60 hours a week. Time and a half after 40 hours.

Monday - Saturday work week.
