About this job

The Ops Client Services Specialist is a representative supporting internal and/or external callers in regards to an initiative. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, challenging processes and procedures, and providing ideas and suggestions to improve the client experience.

Additional Responsibilities include:
Independently interact with our clients to provide timely and complete resolution to inquiries/requests within established timeframes.
Educate callers on processes and procedures
Navigates through various internal administrative systems
Analyze trends, identify root cause and propose solutions
