Rep I Specialty Customer Service

Job Description:

• Answering incoming calls from a 1-800 lines in a fast-paced call center environment with a warm and professional greeting
• Responsible for gathering relevant benefits information; mostly just transferring calls to the appropriate department and collecting data to set up a customer for their prescription
• Data entry pertaining to a customer's demographics, insurance information, doctor's office information and other data that needs to be in place before a prescription can be given
• Candidate will be fielding inbound phone calls 100% of their day
• Must have at least 1 year experience with inbound call center
• Must have computer skills; requires typing skills of at least 35-40 wpm or better.
• Well-spoken, clear communication; empathetic
