Insurance Data Entry Agent

To provide a suite of underwriting support and administrative services in accordance with agreed Service Catalogue and associated service level agreements

* Communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills.
* Perform clearance searches and complete minimum data entry for submissions received from brokers/clients in an accurate and timely manner
* Enter data (i.e., quote, bind, etc.) into system as requested by Underwriter
* Update risk status in underwriting system as requested by Underwriter
* Assist with preparation of monthly reports
* Promptly resolve any data quality issues which may arise
* Develop and maintain good working relationships within the business across functions and Catlin's hubs.
* Work under own initiative and manage priorities to ensure processes, procedures and deadlines are met and adhered to
* Demonstrate team work and commitment to providing the highest level of service to customers
* Perform filing and indexing of electronic documents ensuring files are maintained
* Compile renewal documentation for Underwriter review and/or prepare renewal solicitation letters
* Track and follow up on subjectivities listed on the policy binder per the Underwriter
* Prepare regulatory notices of cancellation and/or reinstatements in accordance with service agreement procedures
* Generate loss history reports as requested by brokers/insured's in accordance with service agreement procedures
* Proactively seek out ways to improve knowledge base and development needs
* Undertake other duties from time to time as the Company may reasonably require
