Our stem cell research client in Waltham, MA is seeking (2) Customer Service Representatives. This is a 2:00pm-11:00pm shift Monday-Friday.
Must haves:
1 -Bachelor's Degree
2 -1+ years' experience in customer service and/or contact center
3 - Proficient MS Office computer skills
4 - Must be willing to work Monday-Friday from 2:00pm-11:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls - provide customers with a high level of service regarding inquiries, orders, and shipments
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Assist clients and medical staff throughout delivery life cycle
- Must showcase ability to problem-solve through customer issues, including order discrepencies, complaints, billing/shipping issues
- Assure quality, integrity, and accuracy of client information (including review, processing, and database entry)
- Provide front desk coverage as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Able to work 2:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
- 1-2 years minimum customer service/call center experience
- Proven understanding of fundamental call center metrics and performance management techniques
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and phone skills
- Highly reliable, motivated to excel
- Ability to work on cross-departmental teams
- Strong MS Office skills are required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
