IMMEDIATE NEEDS!!!
Our national client is looking for qualified customer service representatives to assist with multiple facets of their organization's services.
These representatives will be taking calls from providers and customers and will be assisting with anything from setting up customers accounts, answering questions and concerns regarding services, as well as handling renewals. The volume of calls will be anywhere from 40-80 a day. Interviews will be performed throughout the week with an anticipated start date of October 19th. Previous call center or strong phone work experience is preferred.
Other duties that may be included within the role are:
- Filing
- Faxing
- Emailing
- Data Entry
- Other administrative duties as needed
