Reservations Specialists answer inbound calls and assist guests by handling all facets of their reservation. They are brand champions who, as the first point of contact, set the tone for the overall guest experience. Reservations Specialists are sales and service experts dedicated to delivering a unique, personalized experience to our guests. Qualifications

Having experience in customer service, sales, call center, or hotels is great but it is not required. Our primary qualifications are a great attitude, good communication skills (especially listening skills), and the ability to quickly navigate web pages.

Reservations Specialists earn a starting base wage of $11 per hour. On top of base Reservations Specialists earn commission for reservations booked (remember all calls are inbound). We also provide a $1 per hour shift differential for hours worked after three PM and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday. We also offer annual base wage increases based on performance. Currently our top Specialists earn over $16 per hour.
