Headway Workforce Solutions is now hiring Skin Care Consultants to represent the ICTV Brands. As a team member, your role is to provide excellent customer service, maintain a strong knowledge of
DermaWand, DermaBrilliance, Jidue
products, demonstrate products effectively, and provide the best skin expertise in the industry.
As a Skin Care Consultant, you will:
•Share expert product knowledge and demonstrate custom-fit solutions.
•Represent and maintain DermaWand Spa brand image at all times.
•Set and execute personal and daily operational sales goals.
•Greet all customers in a warm, professional, engaging fashion.
•Initiate consultations by asking open-ended questions and learning about the customer’s needs.
•Build rapport with customers by maintaining professional, genuine and engaging activities.
•Treat the facial skin to maintain and improve its appearance by demonstrating DermaWand Spa products on client's’ hands and face.
•Transform curious shoppers into motivated buyers by providing solutions that meet their skincare needs
What We Need From You:
•Previous retail or sales experience.
•Ability to stand for long periods of time.
•Experience in skin care.
