As a member of the Moe's crew, based on my specific role, a typical day involves:
- Crafting handmade guacamole for scratch
- Grilling fresh steak, chicken, and tofu with the awesome southwest flavors and marinades
- Rolling fat burritos, customized by my guests
- Keeping the complimentary salsa bar clean and stocked with fresh seasonal salsa
- Ringing transactions with guest with our new, state of the art iPad based system
