Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

This position is responsible for assisting with implementing the overall strategic direction of the networks and the strategy of the Sales & Marketing organization. They will work primarily with the Operations Network Manager and Driver and the network leaders and will execute on the day-to-day needs of the assigned network leaders.

Sales and Marketing Operations Function:

Collaborate with network leaders to implement network initiatives
Drive communications into and across the networks
Respond to data requests to facilitate management of the network and knowledge sharing
Provide project management support for specific initiatives (i.e.., conferences, programs, documentation of risk management requirements)

The candidate will have advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, use of Excel functions, advanced formatting, etc). Knowledge of Crystal Reports production and/or SQL highly desired -priority will be given to candidates with one or both of these skills. Experience creating analysis, presentations and reports utilizing a combination of Excel and PowerPoint. Attention to detail, organized, responsive and flexible. High level of productivity. The ideal candidate will have sales operations and marketing operations experience. Basic concepts of marketing and sales are desired.

Additional Skills: At least 4+ of working experience and preferably experience working for a professional services firm (e.g. consulting, accounting firm) though not required.
Other desired skills or experience include: Knowledge of sales compensation plans and systems; Project management experience in a fast paced operational environment.
