Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

Overview:

Aerotek is hiring 5 Maintenance Technicians for one of our Tier 1 Automotive Clients in the Fort Payne, Alabama area. The plant has ABB robots and Fanuc robots. Candidates need to have experience with ABB robotics and PLCs, cards and boards. This person also needs to be able to troubleshoot through a program to determine error codes. On the mechanical side, candidates need to be experienced with gears, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, overhead crane repair, cylinders.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years minimum of of Multi-craft Maintenance Experience with Electrical, PLC's, ABB Robotics, Troubleshooting.
• Mechanical Experience- Hydraulics, Pneumatic, Cylinders, cranes, pumps, motors, conveyors.
• Highly preferred experience with Plastics manufacturing and injection mold.

Pay:

$25.00 an hour

Shift:

1st shift (6:00AM - 6:00PM CST) for 28 day working a 3/2/2 schedule and then switch to 2nd shift (6:00PM - 6:00AM CST)
