About this job
CSR's will be working out of the contact center in Cary and are responsible for fielding inbound calls from customers who own their product (discount prescriptions cards). CSR's will be responsible for providing website navigation support, updating customers' accounts, and providing insight to more affordable medication options specific to each customers' individual account. CSR's interact directly with customers primarily inbound but with some outbound via telephone and computer technology. The representative is responsible for answering all phone calls within the workday to assist customers (i.e., patients, pharmacists, physicians, sales reps, etc.) with activations and troubleshooting.
* Provide customer service related to the company's programs to pharmacists, physicians, consumers, and sales representatives.
* Understand and use of basic phone etiquette, reporting adverse events and dependability and reliability in regards to reporting to work on time and give sufficient notice of absences known in advance.
Employees start at $11.50 and after 6 months are given a raise to $12; after 9 months will make $12.50.
Bi-lingual candidates are needed as well.
Inbound Calls regarding pharmacy discount card (issues with discounts, how much money is left on card, pharmacy won't take card, etc.)
Bilinguals start at $12 and after 90 days go up to $14 if performance is good)
