Customer Care Representative

Aerotek is hiring for a position for a Mortgage Company in the Fishers area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a call center setting. This position is a contract to hire opportunity. This role will be an outbound call center role assisting mortgage borrowers with lowering their interest rates.

Their Job Description:
Answers inbound and make outbound calls and work calls from the Message Center and respond to
customer requests within established timelines in order to maintain service level expectations and deliver
quality service to customers.
Responsible for assuring all regulatory requirements are met concerning customer interaction by explaining
policies and procedures courteously and patiently.
Maintains confidentiality of customers non public information.
Provides information and knowledgeable assistance regarding mortgage loans by retrieve loan information
and provide customers their information quickly and efficiently.
Builds customer relationships by actively listening and resolving complaints quickly, efficiently and
accurately.

$14.50 an hour.

Shift 1pm- 10pm M-F.

One Saturday a month from 8am- 5pm
