Shift Manager

Minimal Age 21
We have a part-time/full-time openings for a Shift Manager.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
Must dedicate a minimum of 24 hours to our organization each week. Guaranteed 35 hrs if desired.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation.
Background check required.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:
  -Always Greeting our Guests with a Smile

  -Supervising Scheduled Crew Members in Position

  -Always Enforcing the Expectations of the Organization

  -Ensuring Your Team Serves Quality Food During Your Shift

  -Ensuring Your Team Meets Target Goals During Your Shift

  -Ensuring Your Team Maintains Cleanliness while Working and Completes Scheduled Cleaning Tasks

  -Ensuring Items are Well Stocked, Equipment is Well Maintained and Crew are Positioned as scheduled.
