About this job
Service Advisor needed for NW Clovis location. Duties include greeting customers, listening to their concerns or needs, ability to document issues and explain service process to the customer, call backs when vehicle is complete. Social skills/people skills a must, customer service is #1 priority. Car industry knowledge required.
Hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm, either Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Saturday with either Wednesday or Thursday off.
