Team Leader

The team leader has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Chick-fil-A standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, guest relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability.

In addition, the leader is tasked with ensuring that the highest quality of products and services are delivered to our guests and to perform other duties as assigned by the senior leadership team in order to accomplish these responsibilities.  These responsibilities are fulfilled thru the delegation to and supervision of various team members.

  The individual applying for this position must have excellent communication skills.

Working directly with the Operator

            The operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Experience

            Prior leadership experience with Chick-fil-A is a plus but not necessary.  However, one year prior employment with Chick-fil-A is required.  We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Position qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college degree or college graduate
• Available to work day and/or evenings, including Saturdays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
