POSITION SUMMARY

This position posting for MANAGER, RX ACCOUNT MANAGERS will oversee the RxPRO team that services National Accounts, Public & Labor, Exchanges, Hospital Verticals and AGB lives. The MANAGER will maintain oversight of the RxPRO Account Managers and Supervisors that service the daily pharmacy service needs our our markets and clients.

Fundamental Components:

- Management oversight of team of 20+ Account Managers including 2 direct report supervisors.

- Daily / weekly oversight of Service Request volume ensuring that we are meeting our SLAs with the markets and clients.

- Daily / weekly monitoring and escalation of appropriate cases. Coordination with CVS Health as needed to move processes forward.

- Oversight of ongoing staff training and development, focusing in those key areas necessary to maintain SR volume at an appropriate level.

- Identification of key strategic needs of the staff - to gain leadership support for resources that will ensure the success of the Team.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

- Plan Sponsor Liaison and/or Implementation experience

- Strong customer-service orientation.

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

- 8-10 years of industry-specific customer service or account management experience.

- Must possess strong working knowledge of Aetna medical and pharmacy benefit setup processes.

- Must possess strong working knowledge of the PBM industry and the competitive marketplace.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
