Thank you for your interest in our Assistant Marketing Director position at Chick-fil-A New Tampa at I-75.

The Assistant Restaurant Marketing Director's primary responsibility is to assist the Marketing Director in planning and executing sales building events and activities that will promote lasting relationships in the community and business world. Once established, these relationships will increase guest count, check averages, and outside sales. An Assistant Marketing Director is one of Chick-fil-A's ambassador to the community. They report to the RMD and ultimately, the Operator with the goal of operational excellence.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working with the RMD to execute the marketing plan
Assisting with various events, both in house and in the community (Spirit Nights, special events, Kids Club, etc.)
In-store sampling
Make sure displaying materials are well organized and coordinated (POP, flowers, community board, reader board, etc.)
Be an ambassador for the brand
Assist in making sure the Chick-fil-A Cow mascot is present in store and in the community on a regular basis
Skills Required:
Ability to commit to working 15-20 hours per week
Personal vehicle, mileage reimbursed
Must hold to the highest personal standards for performance
Must understand all key business standards related to food, cleanliness, and service
Self-starter, shows initiative
Ability to start and complete projects in a timely manner
Effective communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong time management skills
Ability to follow instructions
High-level of initiative; self-starter
