Do you love that fresh baked bread smell... Do you know great customer service and hard work... Great Harvest Bread Co. may be the place for you.

We are looking for a couple of different positions ("Production" - making the great bread, and "Customer Service" - serving the great bread). All applicants should have excellent hygiene, be eager, hardworking, team oriented, self-motivated and enthusiastic. Basically, need to be a reliable team player - lots of different people and processes so it is important to share responsibility and work with the rest of the team to finish tasks and stay organized. It is critical that you are on time to every shift. Must be able to work weekdays, Saturdays and holidays.

Production Position Qualifications:
-Prior professional experience or training preferred, but not required.
-Must have excellent hygiene, be organized and detailed orientated
-Familiar with standard food production methods, able to read and follow recipes and directions
-Must be able to lift 50# and be able to stand/hustle for 6-8 hours
-Must have good communication skills - both verbal and written
-Because we have an open baking area, you must have a fantastic and friendly customer service attitude
- Flexible and teachable - there is a lot to learn and you will learn a lot about people, bread and running a business.
- Ability to hustle and move efficiently, exciting bakeries have lots of customers and lots of energy, and you will need to jump right in and keep us moving.

The production position would be responsible for shaping, kneading, proofing and assisting with various baking components of bread, muffins, cookies, etc. You will learn the various food production techniques that make the great products and need to keep a close eye on the oven and the final products.

Customer Service Position Qualifications:
-Must have excellent hygiene, be organized and detailed orientated
-Must be able to lift 50# and be able to stand/hustle for 6-8 hours
-Must have good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Highly responsible and trustworthy (we have very high expectations while you are working with us, and more importantly the customers who love our bread have high expectations).
- Experience running a cash register / point of sale terminal preferred, but not required.
- Outgoing and engaging personality and a great attitude of service to customers (ability to smile for long periods of time)
- Flexible and teachable - there is a lot to learn and you will learn a lot about people, bread and running a business.
- Ability to hustle and move efficiently, exciting bakeries have lots of customers and lots of energy, and you will need to jump right in and keep us moving.

Customer Service positions would be responsible for one of the following:
1. preparing the store for the first customers and ensuring that each person has a fantastic experience when they walk in the door, which requires enthusiasm early in the morning, or
2. managing the afternoon staff, customer interactions, and special orders, while winding down the store for the day/evening.
