General Manager.
The role of the General Manager is to run the day-to-day restaurant operations at the specified location, reporting directly to the franchise owner. The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
- 3+ years experience as General Manager of a quick service restaurant
- Effective recruiter of new talent
- Provides daily leadership and training helping crew achieve high standards with positive attitude
- Creates and implements weekly schedules that meet customer service needs while delivering financial labor targets
- Controls daily processes and ordering patterns effectively to hit cost of goods targets while maintaining in-stock levels
- Ability to perform basic administrative reporting tasks on Microsoft Office platform and POS system
- Demonstrates expertise in catering sales and execution
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including transparency with franchise owner
- Personable with excellent customer service & training skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Be able to maintain and improve processes
- Professional appearance
- Possess a "Can-do" attitude and takes ownership
