May perform one or more of the following:

Process in-person payments and provide face to face customer assistance.

Responds to mail, email and fax inquiries and complaints.

Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls, mail, email and faxes.

Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.

Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.

Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff.

Provides assistance, training and troubleshooting support to lower level staff.

Schedules work to ensure all assignments are completed in a timely manner.

Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

* HS Diploma or GED required

* 1 year of Customer Service experience in a sales/retail environment

* Experience with cash handling / payment processing

* Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required

***Position will be at Bethesda MD location.
