Scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements Producing routine documents and reports using word processing and spreadsheet software Performing routine data entry operations Answering/directing phone calls and taking messages as needed Assisting with routine personnel/payroll processing and record keeping Producing expense reports May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals 1+ years clerical experience in an office setting. Excellent customer service skills Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience scheduling travel and managing calendars for multiple managers Experience creating industry reports Data entry experience Team player Resourceful
