Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (WFVC) serves Wells Fargo consumer and small business customers through digital and contact centers. The contact centers in WFVC operate as Wells Fargo's primary contact center organization. Our customer-facing locations provide service and solutions to customers by phone, email and letter 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With nearly 12,000 team members, the contact centers serve approximately 450 million customer contacts annually, supporting consumer, small business, credit card, online banking, and home equity.

Consumer Service: Consumer Service, part of WFVC, provides world class service and flexible solutions over the phone to grow our customer relationships.

Currently hiring for training class starting on 11/2/2015. Training hours are 8:00am -- 5:00pm Monday-Friday for 6 weeks (Must be available to attend entire paid training class).

Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services. Duties include: looking up information and transactions on-line; resolving routine problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to more senior representatives. May cross-sell or refer products.

1+ years experience interacting with people or customers and 6+ months experience using a computer as demonstrated through work, military, or education experience. Demonstrated ability to listen and elicit information effectively. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experienced PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet/intranet. Proven ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information.

Must be able to pass the Spanish Speaking Proficiency Exam administered by a third party vendor and able to service customers in both English and the foreign language.

Eligible for a 5% language differential.

1+ years of customer service experience within a call center and/or banking environment.

Wells Fargo systems knowledge to include CSA, Fiserve/Check Free, CCM, Online Banking, and Bill Pay.

Working knowledge of CIV, REX, NICE, Hogan and Virtual Library.
