In 2013, the CalSTRS Investments Branch became the first public pension plan to be named to Pensions & Investments magazine's

Under the direction of the Portfolio Manager, the Investment Officer I will assist in the management of the externally managed portion
of the Global Equity portfolio. Responsibilities will include a variety of duties, which require strong analytical and quantitative skills, strong
communications skills, and knowledge of portfolio management concepts. The equity portfolio is complex and broadly diversified across
market capitalization and investment styles. Performance of the investment managers is of paramount importance to the investment
results of the fund.
