Manufacturing TechnicianHayward, CA$15.45/hour3rd shift Manpower is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician one of our clients in Hayward, CA! Job Description: The Manufacturing Technician I will is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and monitoring department equipment for proper operation in the manufacturing and associated support areas. Under the general direction of the lead technician and the overall direction of the Supervisor, this position shall be responsible for Aseptic Cleaning in the Aseptic Filling Complex and surrounding areas. He/She will be required to work in a sterile environment using special gowning. Incumbent must be willing to work overtime as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Clean and sanitize manufacturing and associated support areas. 2. Supports all local manufacturing operations. 3. Supply components, small parts, tubing, etc. to all related areas. 4. Operate general production equipment (such as mixers, autoclaves, etc.) 5. Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines. 6. Manually clean all portable equipment and small parts. 7. Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary. 8. May perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1. Must have good written and verbal communication skills and understanding of cGMP regulations. 2. Familiarity with pharmaceutical production equipment including but not limited to autoclave, DP oven and CIP/SIP. 3. Must be able to read and follow detailed written instructions. 4. Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. 5. This position is for Grave shift, and will require weekend and holiday work. Overtime may be required at times. 6. Incumbent must work in a cleanroom environment wearing special garments. Personal protective equipment must be worn due to safety requirements. 7. Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures. 8. May require immunization before performing work within the manufacturing area. 9.
