Requirements

Manpower is currently recruiting for an Add Service Request Technician position for one of our clients in Dallas. TX, 75254. Key Responsibilities: *Alters systems for all required card acceptance levels and processor services *Generates reporting for services performed *Recommends and maintains any automation for department *Performs vendor and processor maintenance as requested via appropriate paperwork *Enters new maintenance requests into current tracking database to produce accurate status reporting *Maintains tracking system for all merchant maintenance *Supports and contacts merchant base as needed to perform Add Service/Entitlement *Provides back up support as needed to various departments Requirements: *High School Diploma or equivalent *Comfortable with computers and ability to multi-task with multi-applications *Advanced technical skills are required *Previous Help Desk or Technical Support experience strongly preferred but not required Contract Length: 6 months Pay: $18.75/hr.
