Receiving Associate- Part Time Seasonal- Miami - Part-time

Job Responsibilities:

Embrace and promote the Frontgate philosophy and culture of high expectations
Provide a legendary service experience to all of our customers.
Promotes a positive environment for customers and associates trough respect and trust.
Performs a variety of operational activities with include, but are not limited to; processing, labeling, and assembly of merchandise.
In coordination with Store leadership Team, associates are accountable for achieving daily productivity goals (i.e. units processed per labor hour, pallets processed per labor hour).
Ensure inventory control and accuracy by following proper procedures and best practices
Responsible for flow of good to the sales floor and continual replenishment of inventory
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Assist with loading and unloading customer purchases / items
Adhere to all loss prevention policies
All other related projects/duties as assigned by Store Leadership Team

Requirements:

Prior specialty retail or warehouse experience preferred
Customer focused, team oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Consistently exhibits high energy level; ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to work on their feet in a fast paced environment for extended periods of time
Detail oriented, conscientious, thorough and reliable
Capability to work in a team environment as a contributing team player
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
Availability to work overtime during peak periods
Must be able to lift 75 pounds
