An industry-leading FORTUNE® 500 transportation and supply chain company in Hanover, PA is looking for a dynamic Human Resources professional to join their team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs regarding: recruiting, benefits, training, diversity, employee and labor relations, wage and salary administration and employee communication. Responsibilities: *This position will be responsible for resolving employee concerns and grievances, working with management to resolve employee relations issues, providing counsel and guidance to management regarding the appropriate application of performance management processes *Position will assist in recruitment and selection processes as necessary, assist with field training initiatives, and support the administration of corporate compensation and benefit programs *Primarily working with the field management team to insure a positive and productive work environment Qualifications: *Bachelors degree in business administration, organizational behavior, human resources or labor relations (Master's degree is preferred) *Minimum of at least three (3) years of progressively responsible human resource and labor relations experience at a generalist level *This position will travel approximately 10-20% of the time *Candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, training and negotiating skills and have the ability to effectively interact with employees from senior management to the front-line Please send your resume to: Gisele.Nadeau@Manpower.com for consideration.
