Premier foodservice management company is seeking Grill/Short Order associates to staff our multi-unit facility in Lusby, Maryland. We are looking for motivated multi-taskers with 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate dining environment.
The right people must have experience using a grill/flat top and fryer, pizza oven, steamer, soup kettle and convection oven. Candidates will be expected to observe all verbal and written instructions regarding menu orders, recipe methods, cooking techniques and food presentation. Additionally, knowledge of assembly, operation and disassembly of meat and cheese slicers, Robocoupe, blenders, mixers and processors is required.
Successful candidates will be able to maintain a clean and safe work area, follow all outlined health and safety regulations and abide by all applicable health, safety and food handling regulations. Lastly, associates will be expected to provide exemplary customer service in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner at all times.
