Job duties include: *You're a team player and will complete request forms for raw materials and obtain Material Handler's assistance in obtaining material and putting them in place at the machine station. - *You will efficiently run the first piece and obtain approval from department supervisor or Quality Associate. - *You'll feel accomplished while operating the machine to produce parts. You'll refer to specifications to determine frequency and method of product inspections. And refer to process sheet/blueprints for product specification details and use of gages. Make part inspections according to product specifications. - *You're no stranger to machine set up and will make mechanical adjustments as necessary to keep parts within specifications. - *You'll use your great attention to detail skills to complete SPC charts and attribute chart (list of gauging and dimensions to be checked). - *You understand the importance of safety and keep your work area in a clean and orderly condition. - *You're flexible enough to help out where needed and perform other related duties as assigned. - This position offers you: * Full time hours * Permanent hire on day 1 * Breaks throughout the day * The feeling of being part of a family * 3-2-2 shift pattern with 3 or 4 full days off a week for a healthy work-life balance. * Great pay based on experience and skills * Paid training * After 90 day probationary period, you will qualify for 11 paid holidays and will begin earning vacation benefits.(Up to 21 days off per year) *A well-deserved benefits package including very affordable medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance!
