Staffing Logistics Coordinator needed for a Full Time employment opportunity supporting Yoh RPO’s client located in Philadelphia, PA.

The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess:

• On-boarding new employees

• Scheduling and Coordination

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with on-boarding new employees including participation in first day orientation

• Assisting with scheduling on-site interviews for Client Managers

• Providing administrative and HR project support to the Client and internal staffing team

• Working with team and client to improve current staffing processes

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Ability to organize work assignments and work independently.

• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal, and organizational skills a MUST.

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including a must.

• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, anticipate needs proactively, and see the bigger picture

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of web-based CRM and/or ATS a strong plus

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
