Property Manager - Maintenance - Part-time

A seniors apartment complex in the south suburbs is currently hiring for positions available immediately. The position is to work a minimum of 25 hours per week performing basic maintenance & cleaning, work orders, unit turnovers and most importantly landscape & snow removal. Applicants must have daytime availability Monday - Friday from available "on call" for snow removal during the winter months. This is not a paid position however the company does provide a private 1 bedroom apartment and pays your utilities. Please provide an up to date resume, 3 references, and valid contact information. Again the compensation for the job is a very nice private apartment with paid utilities for a minimum of 25hrs per week.
