We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Service Associate 3 in Billing Disputes. These roles are fast-paced and challenging positions that relies on the ability to think and react quickly, formulate creative solutions to pressing problems, and serve clients with dedication.
On a day to day basis our Service Associate 3 in Billing Disputes will be called on to provide personalized, professional service to our clients as their advocate in opening disputes, providing the status on existing disputes and identifying security concerns for our clients. Responds to inbound phone inquiries from clients and if applicable, contacts merchants to help resolve billing issues.

Qualifications


We find that in order to be successful in these roles Representatives should have:
· Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (financial services, call center, retail, etc.)
· Excellent communication, decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills
· Experience working in fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured environment
· Proficiency with Windows based applications (ability to navigate within multiple screens)
· High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience required
· A strong interest in continued learning and career advancement opportunities
