Experis is looking for an IT/Telecom Analyst full-time.

Position Summary
This position will have two key roles. First, this person will be the subject matter expert and main point of contact for all IT related Smart Cremation initiatives (Telecom, Network, general IT). Second, this position will be the technical expert for all telecom systems. The analyst will work closely with management, Smart Cremation management, members of the IT team, Contact Center team members, and external vendors.

Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert for roll out and ongoing support of Smart Cremation initiatives. This may include contact center expansion, office renovations, and application rollouts, and circuit management.
Subject Matter Expert for rollout and ongoing support of clients telephony systems.
Point of Contact for all Smart Cremation initiatives. May include coordinating work with IT teams such as networking, systems, and desktop.
Manages complex telecommunications projects including design, implementation, and test with a minimum amount of supervision and assistance.
Ensure proper programming and operation of the company telecom systems including MACDs, repairs, and hardware/software upgrades.
Configures ACDs, IVRs, PBX, and Contact Center applications
Implement new technologies including hosted VoIP products and services.
Support existing phone systems at 70+ locations.
Develop processes and documentation for the helpdesk.
Vendor management.
Circuit management.
Design, support and maintain the Disaster Recovery plan and procedures.
After hours support for critical issues and outages.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
Required: Experience with call flows, routing patterns, end user functionality.
Required: Experience managing and designing contact center phone environment.
Required: Experience with telecommunication technologies T1, PRI, SIP, etc.
Required: Expert knowledge of telecom network infrastructure (i.e., local & long distance Telco's, Telco products, TFN's, etc.) as well as expert knowledge and understanding of voice infrastructure (i.e., wiring, cabling, add, move, change configurations. T1/T3, local access, etc.)
Preferred: Experience supporting older model key systems such as Norstar or Panasonic
Preferred: Experience working with hosted voice solutions such as Ring Central, Office at Hand, or Shoretel.
Preferred: Experience maintaining disparate systems across multiple locations.
General knowledge of IT systems and networking firewall, switch, servers, Active Directory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to travel.
Education/Experience
7+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications.
Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications, Computer Science, MIS, or a related Field
