Medical Assistant

All applicants must be a Certified Medical Assistant in the state of Washington.

4 to 8 years of experience preferred.

Pay depends on experience level.

Duties
a.Maintain the examination room, including patient preparation, positioning, draping, taking and recording vital signs, assisting with rooming patients.

b.Demonstrate knowledge of aseptic technique and practice.

c.Obtain lab specimens according to clinic procedures and follow up to insure correct processing and handling.
established clinic policies and within scope of certification/license.

d.Perform venous and capillary procedures for blood withdrawal.

e.Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge, skill and judgement within area of specialty.

f.Demonstrate working knowledge of managed care and the referral process.

g.Other related duties as assigned.
