Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Summary: Supervises staff and the operation of the teller line. Provides prompt and courteous service while processing a variety of consumer and commercial account customer transactions. Ensures proper security and cash control procedures are followed. Encourages teamwork and provides positive reinforcement of the Bank's sales program to meet customer needs and to meet individual and branch sales goals.

Responsibilities:
* Perform basic Customer Service Representative duties and process complex customer and operational transactions; provide supervisory approvals as needed
* Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
* Identify customer banking needs and recommend appropriate Bank products and services.
* Coach and mentor staff to meet individual sales goals.
* Verify and proof General Ledger accounts; research and resolve discrepancies.
* Prepare monthly Teller Difference report; monitor trends, identify performance issues and implement actions to improve staff performance.
* Complete branch and vault cash proof.
* Approve Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).
* Monitor branch cash supply; ensure sufficient supply for branch based on legal requirements and business demand.
* Ensure dual control is enforced when accessing branch vaults and when required.
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and staff.
* Resolve routine staff issues and recommend corrective action as necessary.
* Assist branch management in the preparation of annual performance appraisals for staff.
* Perform daily ATM settlement, canister exchange and first line maintenance as required.
* Train and assist staff in locating teller differences.
* Facilitate periodic meetings to inform staff of new procedures, policies, system upgrades and/or revisions.
* Participate in branch sales meetings and individual coaching sessions with management as directed.
* Cross-train staff in supervisory functions to ensure career growth and development.
* Prove teller cash box and scan slot work daily.
* Work to meet annual sales goals as directed.
* Implement Business Continuity procedures during offline situations.
* Follow and enforce all Bank policies and procedures.
* Adhere to branch security controls to ensure compliance with branch security policy and procedure.
* Adhere to all State and Federal regulations.
* Maintain necessary security controls to ensure staff compliance with bank security policy and procedure.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED required.
* Minimum 2 years prior teller experience required.
* Minimum 1 year prior supervisory experience preferred.
* Knowledge of ATM maintenance and procedures preferred.
* Knowledge of Core and reporting systems preferred.
* Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Strong mathematical aptitude.
* Detailed oriented, accurate, and able to multi-task.
* Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds required.
