About this position:

Our client is seeking a consultant for a temporary (about 12 months) Business Analyst role that will help them establish a strategy and roadmap toward setting up a new benefits structure in a government environment.

Required skills/traits:

• Identifying and documenting business processes, identifying approaches to satisfy business requirements by conducting detailed analysis, document gap analysis, develop business and functional requirements specifications, assist with user acceptance testing, writing procurement documents including RFP, etc.
• Ability to interpret technical concepts to technical and non-technical users
• Business case development
• Ability to support PMO activities (project tracking, work updates, metric reporting, etc.)
• Strong work ethic
• MUST understanding Medicaid business models and Federal CMS expectations.
• Good negotiation and communication skills
